Heath Ashleigh
« on: May 19, 2006, 03:06:49 PM »
Full Name and Title:  Heath Ashleigh, Commoner.

Age: 19

Birthday: May 21st

Occupation: Weaver

Religion: Adora, like all those around her.

Hair: Dirty blonde and very long. She keeps it in a ponytail, and though it’s usually quite frizzy and un-brushed, it is quite straight.

Eyes: They are a pale grayish blue, very wide, with pale eye lashes.

Nose: Longer than some, though straight and evenly formed.

Lips: Not the fullest that one might want, but a cherry red naturally that stands out on her skin.

Skin Color: Very fair and pale, blushing easily.

Height: 5’2

Weight: 110lb

Physical Attractiveness: She has the sort of innocent and helpless attractiveness. She is frail and quite pretty, without the raw sex appeal of many other women. She’s the sort of woman a man would want to save from the dragon.

Clothing: The same sort of plain garb you would see on any other working women—usually a brown linen dress over an un-died long-sleeved cotton shirt. Over her hair she will wear a plain handkerchief. On her feet are usually the same brown leather fitted boots that cover her ankle under her dress. Though her clothing is plain, she keeps it all healthily clean.

Mother: Lily Ashleigh was the third daughter of a farmer. The family was very large, made up of 9 kids and the parents. They all worked on their father’s fruit farm for their whole lives. Lily’s marriage was arranged by her parents and she moved in with her husband closer to the keep.

Father: Robert Ashleigh was born in the city at Oberon Castle. His mother died in childbirth leaving his father to raise him and two other boys. Robert and his brothers aided their father in his modest little tailoring business until the arranged marriage between Robert and Lily. They moved in with Robert’s father and carried on the work of tailoring and weaving.

Siblings: Heath has two older brothers. Jim is 21 years old and still single. He\'s medium height, thin, fast, and very skilled at tailoring. Pate is 23 and married to a young woman named Jallysah whom now lives with the Ashleighs. Pate is the tallest of the Ashleighs, very strong, stubborn, and a born leader.

Childhood: Heath grew up like many others of the working class. She began working at the age of ten and helped support the household. She weaved, like her mother, and learned to sew. She went to a school with her brothers three times a week, and went to church on Sundays. One a month they were able to buy sweets and sometimes they were taken out to visit their grandparent’s on the farm.

When Heath was 15, however, sickness came to her happy little house. Her father’s parents were the first to get it, and it was decided to send Heath, Jim (then 17), and Pate (19) to their mother’s parents. Everyone left behind at the house died of the sickness, and the house was given to Pate. Heath continued to work with her brothers, though with less people to make income, they were forced to sell the house and move into cheaper, smaller accommodations in the city. She was 17 at the time. This is where Heath and her brothers now live.

Education: Heath had a little education when she turned 8, until she was 14. She never learned to read or write, though she can understand a few key words and most numbers.

Natural Talents: Very good at sewing and weaving, from years of practice. It’s what she does for a living, after all. She’s also good at listening, perhaps because she rarely talks.

Hobbies: Sewing, going for walks and picking flowers, singing when she’s alone.

Personality: Heath is the epitome of shyness and innocence. She will rarely talk to strangers, let alone make eye contact with them, and she will spend most of her day looking at her shoes. Though she might seem afraid, she can be brave. She’s not afraid of nature, and not afraid of doing dangerous things, but she is still afraid of people. She blushes easily, as well. She will only open up to a family member, as she doesn’t really have any friends she is that close with. She can be very worried and anxious, but sewing or weaving tends to calm her down.

Other important things to note
: She just had a baby. It’s not really clear who is the father, but there you will see her, with a tiny infant strapped on her front as she works.
