Capital Building
The building itself is a sleek modern concrete, metal and glass structure that towers well above the other buildings in the city and affects the skyline dramatically with its 35 floors. The lower third are smaller apartments that are more affordable, the middle third are more high end plush apartments and those on the top half tend to be sprawling and large. The top five floors are all penthouse suites, with only two apartments per elevator, and only 8 apartments in total. The very top floor holds one, huge apartment.
The lobby is dressed in rich burgundy, offset by cream tiles and silver highlights. The trimmings are all in a dark rich wood, and there is also a secure underground carpark, for all tenants and their visitors. The subway is a mere block away, and a bus stop is one building over. A taxi rank sits across the road, so transport to Capital Building is easy, even if you don\'t own a car.
