Malakai's Apartment

While it isn't exactly the top floor, Mal's apartment is one of the more pricey ones in Oceanview Heights.

All rooms are kept immaculately clean and neat. Not a single fiber of carpet is out of place.  All windows are equipped with the necessary Aquillia Industries sun-shielding systems that block the harmful rays of the sun from reaching any portion of the apartment.  The color scheme of the apartment as a whole covers a handful of neutral tones in addition to black and white.
