JOHN H. WAGNER HEIGHTS[/U]
The complex is located near a moderate-sized river that flows just outside of the city. Complete with twenty-three impressive stories, this tower of condominiums was built in the late nineties and named after a long-time philanthropist of the city, John Harrison Wagner. One of the more expensive condominium complexes in the nameless city, John H. Wagner has a growing resume of young professionals, popular politicians, and the occassional drug dealer.
To live here, one must fit a certain stature in life. While artists and poets aren\'t the typical residents of Wagner Heights, it is not unheard of for some
unusual types to live here. Other residents of the building, however, do tend to look down upon those who dress or look improper for the wealth they claim to maintain.
The Lobby:
Attached to the same floor as the lobby is a small cafe as well as a large laundry room, a moderate-sized kitchen, and loading dock, the latter of which is accessable only by the staff. The building also has a a large indoor pool, a small spa, and game room -- including a pool and air hockey table.
The same theme is carried on throughout the hallways and rooms of the building as one can find in the lobby of Wagner. The deep brown doors to each condominium are labeled with a black plaque with gold numbering. Many of the lower level condominiums follow this tread as well, with marble-covered floors and low chandeliers, with walls of ivory or beige. These condos are smaller in size and less expensive in rent, but come with much less perks than the upper levels. The higher levels are designed to the specifics of those who live there. There are fewer of these condominiums -- usually no more than four per floor. The walls of each condominium are sound-proof and always in perfect condition.
Certain services are available to every resident including laundry, dry cleaning, house cleaning, maintenance, as well as trash pick-up every Wednesday. Limited room service is also available for a price. Pets are allowed on every level, though any damages come out of the resident\'s mortgage or rent until the damage has been fixed.
None of the condos come completely furnished. They do, however, come standard with a regular-sized refrigerator, an electric stove and oven, a mircowave oven and a dishwasher. The upper levels come with their own washer and dryer. Certain condos have light-blocking windows for vampire and other immortal residents. These are also available upon request to any pre-existing condominium at a raise in rent.
