Conner\'s Suite
« on: December 02, 2009, 10:57:41 PM »
Perched in the 14th floor of Dante\'s Inferno, Conner Iessan lives alone in a comfortably furnished three-bedroom apartment. The furniture is primarily wooden, in dark finishes and of an old style. The floor is polished hardwood, covered in many areas by thick rugs. Lighting is provided by numerous tasteful light fixtures placed around the front room, which is small but quite comfortable. An entertainment center with a flatscreen TV and DVD player occupies the left wall. The lights are controlled by a switch to the right of the door.

If one turns left once inside the door, the kitchen is accessed through an open entryway, where modern amenities have been installed. The kitchen is sparsely stocked with human food, mostly the type that doesn\'t perish quickly, and a few blood packs in the refrigerator, tucked discreetly in the crisper. The kitchen has a second entryway that leads to a short corridor, which has two bedrooms to the right, and one to the left. The bathroom, again only sparsely stocked with mortal supplies, is decorated in the same style as the rest of the apartment and opens into the corridor, on the right hand side before the bedroom.

The first bedroom on the right has been converted into a study and library, stocked with a variety of books and documents, many of which are handwritten and address strange occult topics. They are primarily in Latin and English, but there are also books in Spanish, Greek, German, and Russian. A sofa and a comfortable reclining chair are positioned between reading lamps, controlled by a switch at the door.

The second bedroom on the right is a guest room, with a closet and wardrobe in addition to a writing desk and bed. The room is kept ready for guests, including a toothbrush and bathrobe in the closet. It is furnished in a manner similar to Conner\'s own bedroom.

The bedroom on the left is Conner\'s bedroom. His bed is an old style canopy, though he keeps the drapes pulled back against the posts. The furnishings match the furnishings in the living room, with dark wood accents complimented by tasteful natural tone fabrics. A large wooden wardrobe occupies the wall facing the foot of the bed, with mirrored doors. The bed is usually not made, but retains a semblance of orderliness anyway. A large mirror takes the place of where a window might normally be, complete with a set of decorative drapes that hang along its edges, hiding two sides of the heavy wooden frame.
