Personality: Friendly, but businesslike in most respects. Jonathon is a real estate trader for commercial and industrial properties, and actively maintains a number of rental properties, both commercial and residential. He\'s a profoundly responsible personality, with a fixation on punctuality and commitment to precision. When he\'s not working, these traits carry over to his personal life, even though he loves to let loose and enjoy himself in ways that border on hedonistic. Jonathon especially enjoys the company of young men, preferably the naive and innocent, and particularly in groups.
History: Jonathon was born in Germany in 1681 to a family of peasants, who were servants of a wealthy household. As his life progressed, he was always reminded of the privileges of those with power, the landowners and businessmen that controlled the trade in his homeland. He was turned in 1696 by a youthful-looking vampire from Spain. He abandoned his life in Germany in favor of traveling Europe with his sire for the next century, where he learned to be meticulously responsible in order to compensate for his sire\'s immature personality.
After they parted ways in the first decade of the 1800\'s, Jonathon threw himself into learning the trade of real estate in his homeland, Germany. His business ventures were successful, and he accumulated wealth quickly over the following eleven decades. He was sure to remain mobile, relocating frequently around the country to avoid drawing attention to his immortality. When WWI broke out, he immediately relocated to Canada, selling his properties in Europe at a loss.
Jonathon stayed in Canada until after WWII, when he relocated to the United States in order to establish a new identity and take advantage of the market boom following the return of soldiers from the battlefield. He made a fortune on the ensuing development, and scaled back his operations to a relative handful of operations in order to explore the concept of leisure time in the 1990\'s. Until that point, his life was entirely business, and he had amassed several million American dollars.
He maintains several dozen rental properties, most of which are extremely high-end. Additionally, he continues to trade in properties in order to keep his skills honed. He heard of the city from a business associate five years ago, and came in order to find a nightlife actually populated by creatures of the night.

Strength: Jonathon is skilled at politics and business, and has honed his instincts to a razor edge. He\'s extremely focused and efficient, no matter what he does. He\'s developed his ability to create a psychic aura and manipulate the mind well, and he\'s also worked on his celerity, making him fast and mentally potent. Combined with his disregard for what he considers to be "lower" laws, he is excellent at manipulating the people around him and getting what he wants.

When he focuses, he focuses to the exclusion of all else, creating missed opportunities.
