All werewolves registered on the Oligarchy systems (all of the werewolves in the city) will receive a notification by letter, text and/or email depending on what contact information they have provided (all will have had to provide some sort of information so have no excuse not to have received the information).
The notification informs all werewolves that on the next full moon they should not report to the standard Oligarchy Chambers as the location of the safe zone has moved.
The notification gives a street address and contact information should they have difficulties finding the area.
The final line of the notification warns all werewolves that as standard there will be repercussions for not turning up at the designated point at the correct time.
