History: Born fifth in a seven child family, he was mostly left to his devices. Never really that good at school, he left at fifteen. Bounced from job to job and the pay got better as the jobs got shadier. Learnt to use weapons and become one to protect himself. Learnt not to rely on anyone. Managed to escape getting collared a few times by the police and decided to 'retire' with his earnings. Moved cities and set himself up as a miniature sound studio for small gigs. Work came in initially but his customers have dried up. Doesn't really want to take shady jobs again. To supplement his income he rents out his garage space but even that's not enough to stop his bank account from dwindling. The money's going to run out soon and he needs to find something different to keep him going.
Awareness of Supernaturals: Nothing has ever been proven to him, but he's never believed the cover story the Oligarchy spun about the toxic gas leak causing hallucinations. He witnessed demons in true form, vampires feeding in the street (one fed from him), and an assortment of fae creatures. He is a believer in everything now. He accepted it and moved on.
