Harm hadn't realised just how badly he didn't want to leave Trick until he was told not to be a dick and slapped. He laughed out his relief, the tension leaving his body as he climbed in beside Trick.

The water nymph's limbs were beautiful and long and that was only more apparent when Harm had to fight for space with only one of his muscular legs. He enjoyed being squashed up against Trick, though had him put his stupid, bulky bag (what the fuck had he been thinking, bringing two jackets?!) down on the floor in front of the unicorn so it didn't get in between them.

When he clipped his belt up, he deliberately dug around longer than he needed to, feeling Trick's ass rather than getting the buckle. It wasn't terribly informative through denim but he was making a point more than anything. Trick's look was appropriately reprimanding and made Harm laugh as he finally settled back, all buckled up.

He kept his hands in his own lap - despite the urge to rest a hand on Trick's thigh - and stared straight ahead, examining the back of Gia's head through the gap between the seat and the rest. "It's really nice of you to do this, Mister Fallows. Thank you," he said politely, though it did feel kind of weird because it sounded like he was thanking the man for looking after his own son. He meant thanks for including him but it hadn't come out of his mouth that way. Oh, well.

"Not a problem, Mr Harmon. Hold onto your hats," Jon declared as the engine roared to life. He revved it a few times.

"Don't show off with your fancy car that works," Trick bemoaned his father, who laughed and then pulled out slowly, heading back down the long drive to the road. Trick faced Harm next. "He says the hat thing all the time, by the way. It's a thing he does."

"It's tradition!" Jon countered.

"It's stupid," Trick said, but he was grinning.

"You're only upset because you lost your hat."

Gia laughed and Trick rolled his eyes but his grin remained.
