(For it to work this item must be placed on a fang tooth of someone with lycanthropy. This item then bonds with that person, making them Alpha. This item will only effect those already afflicted with lycanthropy or are animal Shifters )
Callisto was the daughter of King Lycaon of Arcadia and the High Priestess of Artimas. When her father and remaining brothers were transformed into mindless, ravening beasts in the form of twisted, monstrous wolves, she took some pity on them, even though she agreed that they deserved their punishment she wanted her family to recognize one another and stay together. She used her witch gifts to trap and subdue her father and carved onto his fang a spell that altered his curse slightly.
POSITIVE TRAITS AND ABILITIES:
• A bite using this fang will cause the bitten to form a strong pack bond and mentality with the wearer of the fang and all those similarly bitten. (Werewolves and shifters)
• The wearer and bitten gain lucidity and awareness during transformation along with some minor control over their inner beast but they are still a cursed thing and retain the mind of a bestial predator during this time, but now they also have human cognition, cunning and intelligence to go with that super-sized killer instinct. They will remember all that they did when humanoid once more. (Werewolves only)
• Those bitten gain the full lifespan of the wearer of the artifact (Shifters only.)
• The wearer and those bitten gain minor agility, strength, speed, healing and sensory boosts during their non transformed state (Equal to newly turned fledge vamps.) (Werewolves and shifters)
NEGATIVE TRAITS AND ABILITIES:
• This artifact can only be used on ten people. After the tenth person is bitten the artifact once again becomes decorative.
• All bitten pack members forge a life bond with the wearer of the fang. If they die before it is freely removed by them, they all die. If or when the fang is removed all current Pack bonds and abilities dissolve.
• This artifact is a treasured heirloom of the Arcadians. Anyone not of the royal bloodline who possesses this item and uses it will be hunted down and killed as will anyone who has been bitten by it. (This little nugget of knowledge has been lost or forgotten over time. BEWARE THE ARCADIANS IF YOU ARE NOT ONE)
