Ouroboros NPCs

As all bars need workers and regular patrons, the Ouroboros has a small cast of characters that one would typically interact with if they were to visit the establishment. Below there is a list of rules for using NPCs and then brief descriptions of each of the Ouroboros' supporting cast. If you want to make one of them into a PC please do! Just let me know that you're doing it so I can take them off the NPC page.
