The GarageThe floor of this three-car garage is finished with a textured, high-gloss epoxy. It houses two new black
Escalade hybrids with heavily tinted windows and leather seats, fully customized with a built-in GPS system and satellite radio. The remainder of the space is used for storage of things relating but not limited to car maintenance, pool and deck maintenance, landscaping tools, power tools for home repairs and the like. All of the maintenance is done by someone Sonya has hired. There is also a special lounge room area for whoever is on for security or valet that day. There is a TV, a couch, and some other things for comfort and entertainment.
The FoyerColors: light hardwood floors, cool white walls

The first thing you notice upon walking in is a large portrait of Sonya's sire that hangs on the wall on the outside of the staircase, facing the front door. He was a serious and intimidating man.
The Living RoomColors: light hardwood floors, cool white walls
Details: recessed lighting, black leather couches, neutral throw-pillows, glass coffee table
Visitors are typically seen in this front living room. A landscape painting of the Carpathians hangs on one wall, a portrait of her fledge Nadia on the other.
The Dining Room Colors: light hardwood floors, cool white walls

This is a rarely-used room. Sometimes she will do paperwork here.
The StudyColors: light hardwood floors and walls

Sonya has a surprisingly impressive collection of books here. Though she doesn't typically sit down to read. She also stores some paintings here that she is intending on selling.

The Grand RoomColors: white tile floor, cool white walls
Details: fireplace, Grand piano, baroque fainting couch, black leather sofa and chairs
A large, highly-polished Grand Piano is the centerpiece of this open area, situated off to the left. An ashtray sits on top. Seating is arranged around or facing the piano, but without hindering pathways to the back porch.
The Breakfast Nook and Sun RoomColors: white tile floor, cool white walls
Details: fireplace, black leather chairs
The "breakfast nook" area was left completely open. Recently, Sonya's set up a few easels for painting downstairs as an alternative to using her upstairs studio space. There is some canvas spill-over into the sunroom. Sunroom has a few comfortable oversized chairs and the odd end-table.
The Kitchen and PantryColors: dark granite floors and countertops, white subway tile backsplashes, white drawers and cupboards with black hardware
Details: recessed lighting, updated stainless appliances, stainless steel sinks, hand-blown glass pendant lights hanging over the island
The kitchen, impeccably clean, is obviously unused. The pantry is empty, save for a small collection of moderately priced wine for human guests. She has a wine cooler cabinet as well to chill bottles if desired. The refrigerator is usually empty, save a handful of blood bags.
The Laundry RoomColors: white subway-tile on the back wall, light grey cabinets and trim, dark granite floors and counters
Details: Utility sink, recessed lighting, black appliances
A laundry chute leads directly from the master bedroom to the laundry room. A basket is positioned directly underneath to catch any clothing. The staff that takes care of Sonya's cleaning are also responsible for her laundry.
