Frame: 6 Foot, 2 Inches, 167lbs. He's slender, and sometimes even called lanky but is very toned from lots of swimming.
Tattoos/Distinguishing Marks: Tattoo of his Scaeri gang. A snake coils up his back, with the head staring out just below his neck. The snake is a black cobra with gold eyes. At the base of the tattoo, just above his bum, are the words, "for the night serpent" written in native Scaeri.
Snake Form: Apep's snake form is as long as he is tall, and has a slender and agile body. He resembles a black cobra, like the tattoo on his back, with a crowned head, gold eyes, and forked tongue. His fangs are also very long in this form.
Personality: At first glance he is utterly charming, but behind those pearly white teeth is something poisonous. He has an answer for everything, and everyone, and can be whoever he needs to be in the moment. He values profit, a good deal and while he has few morals, he does consider himself a professional. He does form lasting connections, but normally only with other demons.
History: He was born in this world to two Scaeri parents. He traveled with his parent's gang for most of his life. At about 100, he started his own gang, and split off from his makers. He learned soul magic from an elder of his people, and inherited the elder's soulwell, and soulgem. He began a black market business for supernaturals, using his charm, venom and the other gang members to acquire magical items, and hard to get substances. He was operating outside the city during the time of the Oligarchy, but fled when they fell. He recently relocated back to the city when he heard Zeus had come back to town.
Awareness of Supernaturals: Has an academic knowledge of almost everything, including fae, Zodiacs, shifters, werewolves, demons of numerous types, and vampires. He even knows the difference between the clans, and those without a clan. In reality, he has mostly dealt with demons and vampires, and often pretends to be one for obtaining blood, and souls.
Occupation/Job: Black market magic dealer, dealing in hard to acquire magical items, illegal contraband, and for those who want them, souls. His venom allows him to supplement his income providing highs to people, and then exploiting them while under the effects.

Interesting Facts / Quirks: A quirk he has is popping his joints, especially when bored or nervous. Since snakes are boneless, he is quite flexible and double jointed. One of his side gigs is preforming as a contortionist. He worships Apophis as a god, as do some of his gang. He is also a major hedonist, loving food, sex, drugs and all of life's pleasures.
Hobby/Hobbies: He loves video games, and is big player of League of Legends and World Of Warcraft. He also likes to swim in both human and snake form. He also collects souls as a hobby, and likes to look at the ones he hasn't consumed or traded.

Demonic Powers: 1. Venom of the Di - Low dose gets people nice and high, large dose and it can harm them, though not kill them.
2. Animal Familus - Snake companion that follows orders and can be used as an informant or spy
3. SnakeSkin - Controlling and seeing through serpents
4. Shapeshifting - Returns the snake demon to it's demonic form, a large venomous snake. Scaeri often think of this as their true form.
5. SnakeSpeech- Scaeri can speak to snakes, communicating messages back and forth.
Tools of the Trade:Mystical Object: Soulwell - a demonic well of energy that can house living souls. It has a capacity of fifty human souls, or five supernatural souls. He does not collect werewolf, fallen angels, or dark angels, as their souls are cursed. The soulwell is a pool of water the size of a hot tub in his basement, and was created using ancient spells known to the Saceri. The pool is a rotating swirl of demonic energy, it's constant churning keeping the souls trapped within. It is powered by souls itself, so Apep must make sure to get enough to feed it. If the well's magic fades, the souls inside are free to move on.
Mystical Object: Soulgem - A common item among those who trade in souls. This model is a ruby ring, with a black titanium band. The ruby gem can house a single soul. Once extracted, the soul is placed harmlessly in the gem, for later consumption or storage. The soul can remain in the gem for up to thirty days unharmed. If the gem is shattered, the soul is released unharmed.
