Brief out of Central District Office
« on: January 17, 2020, 09:52:03 AM »
Attention Citizens of the Central District,

After conferring with the ward for the final vote count, District Leader McCloud has claimed victory in the election. He will address the citizens directly tomorrow night, laying out his plans to accomplish the proposals laid out in his campaign literature. DL McCloud would like to thank all those who made his victory possible, and all those who exercised their new democratic rights to vote. He would also like to thank his opponent Benjamin Samson for a fair, clean race, and promises to prove to those who are skeptical about his victory that he can represent even those who disagree with him. He would also like to thank the Ward for their impartial service to the city, and for managing the complicated infrastructure of the election. Media requests should be referred to Lisa-Joe Hampton at the White Rabbit. Citizens who are unsure what this victory means for the city can contact the Maria Adisa, also at the White Rabbit. You may also contact the ward with questions.

Be a sadist. Now matter how sweet and innocent your leading characters, make awful things happen to them — in order that the reader may see what they are made of.
