"One can only hope," Ben said, not mentioning what he was hoping for in regards to 'too much trouble'. "Already looking forward to another call from you," Ben said, smirking down the phone line. He couldn't stop smiling at Harm's words and how the conversation had gone.

Harm giggled, Ben's tone inciting more excitement than it should've. "Okay. I'll... um, well... fuck. Okay, it was nice talking to you and I'll talk to you soon, then," he said firmly, sounding more business-like as he decided there was no point sitting here in the dark, the ass of his scrubs getting wet from the dewy grass while he listened to Ben purr into his ear.

He needed to get back to work and figure out how he was going to broach this with Trick. "Bye," he said and ended the call, sighing heavily as he looked into the darkness, thinking.

On the one hand, it was an amazing opportunity offered to them out of nowhere. On the other, it was coming from a vampire he was connected to and he had absolutely no idea how his boyfriend was going to take that. With another sigh, Harm got up and headed back into the hospital to finish his shift.
