Name: The full name of your character
Age [appearance]: The age they look like
Age [actual]: The age they actually are - never unknown
Gender: Male or Female
Species: See Species Information.  Take note you can create your own.
Place of Birth: Make up your own area.
 
If at the Assassin's Academy, include the following:
House: See the list of houses and choose one that is appropriate to your character's skills and personality
Title: This is if your character is a tutor, apprentice, high apprentice, master or grand master.
Level: See the List of Levels for students.
Note, if your character is NOT a student or higher at the Academy, please DELETE this paragraph off your sheet.
 
Occupation/Profession: How do they make money?
 
Appearance
Hair: Their hair colour, length, style.
Eyes: Their eye colour and shape
Frame: Their physique in detail
Skin: Skin colour and notable qualities such as freckles, blemishes, tan lines, and so forth
Tattoos/Distinguishing Marks: Never 'none', include piercings, tattoos, old wounds/scars, stitches, etc
 
Alignment: See Alignment Information
Personality: Describe the kind of personality your character will have. Can be either a list or narrative.
 
History: From your character's childhood and notable benchmarks to where they are now
Family: Any family they have and how important they are to your character
 
Likes: Not only material things, this can also be what qualities they like to see in other people
Dislikes: Not only material things, they might have pet peeves
 
Character Strength: Personality based strengths
Character Weakness/Flaw: Personality based flaws (if you get stuck, read this)
Interesting Facts / Quirks: Anything else you'd like to mention. If you can't think of anything, take this prompt out of your sheet.
 
Hobby/Hobbies: What do they do with their free time?
Sexuality: Are they attracted to like or opposite genders?
Relationship Status: Are you RPing someone already in a relationship?
Current Financial Status: How much coinage do they have and how secure are they?
 
Carried Weapons: What do they keep with them on their person?
Known Magick: If they use magick, what kind is it?
