Ben grinned up at him and then they were inside the building, moving to their respective lockers and getting their items. Ben hadn't stripped like Kerr so merely took off his shoes and removed the onesie, stepping out of it. He collected his phone and wallet and took his shoes to a nearby chair so he could sit and lace them up onto his feet again. Kerr's requirement for such shoes made sense now.

"Thank you for tonight," he said when Kerr joined him. "We haven't done things as a couple much lately and it's nice."

Kerr slid his wallet into his back jeans pocket and his keys into the side one, glancing around to figure out where to view the photos and put in their orders. Ben's words gave him pause and he tilted his head momentarily before leaning down to peck his lips. The fact that they needed to reconnect after he'd left was more than the point his lover was making, he thought, but it was all important. Their relationship was worth the effort.

His hand remained on Ben's shoulder, his thumb brushing against the side of his neck. "It is," he agreed, resisting the urge to gush too much about how spending time alone with Ben gave him the stability he needed to interact with the rest of the world. "It's your turn, next time. I like the idea of doing something on your list of preferred activities," he grinned, wondering what Ben might like to do. Would he stick to 'normal' tasks like tonight's bridge climb? Kerr's smile was alight with curiosity.

"Think we could try to make this a regular thing?" he enquired, taking Ben's hand and leading him towards the photography booth that was set up close to the exit. Some of the other couples had left, others were standing scattered about the area, poring over iPads that seemed to have all the photos from the night on them. The couple that had got engaged on the bridge were having a very in-depth discussion with the photographer behind the counter. She'd been the lead during the climb, snapping the portraits with prejudice - if they hadn't looked good, she'd snapped extras photos until they were.

"I'll rise to that challenge," Ben said with a curling smile. A small portion of his teeth were shown before he looked Kerr's way. He didn't remember smiling so much. His cheeks were starting to ache from it and he lifted a hand to massage them, thumb on one and fingers on the other so that it looked like he was trying to hide his joy.

He investigated the photographs with Kerr next, settling on three of them that he adored. One of them in the middle of climbing up a ladder, one of them standing at the summit with the lightshow reflecting on their faces as they looked out across the river and were leaning into one another (his favourite), and the group photo.

Ben's joy was contagious and his promise that there would be more dates levelled Kerr's head when it came time to choose photographs to be printed. He envisioned more dates, with more memories to frame and the limited amount of display space he had. He was therefore conservative and only chose two shots to make into prints - their couple shot, posed atop the bridge and a candid one that had been taken at one of the tour stop points.

It wasn't a great shot of Kerr because he was in profile, body turned towards Ben and in the middle of animatedly saying something to him, his cheeks crinkled in a smile but his lips pursed mid-word. Ben's body was facing the camera better, his arms loosely folded over his chest (while Kerr's hand was at his waist) but his eyes were turned upward to listen to whatever Kerr was saying. His expression was soft, his gaze indulgent, brimming with love and patience, his lips curled in a tender smile as he silently humoured his love's prattle. It was the face Kerr loved and which he saw only in private. It was the perfect representation of their relationship captured in one photo.

Of course, Kerr also bought a digital copy of all the shots. They would be delivered with the prints, mailed on a USB to arrive within three business days. Kerr settled their bill and they left, walking hand in hand back the way they'd come, chatting about how different the city looked now that they'd seen it from above. When they got back to the car, Kerr opened Ben's door for him. "I expect the same level of service when it's your date," he joked and closed the door behind him. Once they were back on the road, Kerr grinned at Ben as he fiddled with the radio, looking for something to sing along with. "One more stop!" he told his blue-eyed love enigmatically.

He hoped it was the climax to the evening that he'd planned for it to be.
